About the speaker: Tammie Kong (Registered Dietitian, USA) received her Master’s degree in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University, USA. She is also an Accredited Dietitian of the Hong Kong Dietitians Association. Over the past few years, Tammie has been actively involved in public talks, radio shows and writing columns for newspaper and health magazines. Her ambition is to promote a holistic and sustainable approach to healthy lifestyle.

The talk will be conducted in Cantonese and suitable for age 12 or above. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are not show up on time. You may need to wait in queue if there are a large number of participants.
