I made an order but didn’t receive a confirmation, what should I do?

Please check your inbox and junk/spam folder, the confirmation maybe there. Your ticket can also be found from inside your zicket account. Failing that please check your bank to ensure the order processed and contact us on help@zicket.co to look up your order.

I entered the incorrect email address, can I change it?

You can login to the system with your incorrect email address and update the details. If this is not possible please email us at help@zicket.co and we can assist.

I no longer wish to attend, can I cancel my ticket or transfer it?

Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of purchase only. After this period has passed we cannot accept refunds. Some events and venues do allow ticket transfers so please check inside your account whether your ticket has name change or forwarding enabled.
