It takes about a few simple yoga poses to find your inner balance. Join us to unwind and stretch for yoga with Anna! This class is all about creating harmony, finding balance in mind and body, and connecting to the ground beneath us. 

We'll begin the session with a short centering practice and pranayama, then move into grounding asanas, and finish with relaxation. This yoga session caters to both beginner and intermediate levels.
