Rope Flow - is a type of exercise that involves using a rope to create fluid movements, patterns, and shapes. Rope flow combines elements of martial arts, dance, and gymnastics to create a unique and challenging workout.Rope flow can improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, coordination, and flexibility.This exercise boosts rhythm, timing, coordination, and strengthens your left and right brain neural connections. Plus, it's fun and helps relieve stress while promoting joint health and lymph flow.
Kangoo Rebounding - is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music, for all ages and fitness levels. The program is functional and teaches participants effective jump techniques for enhanced enjoyment while preventing injury due to bio-mechanical stress. It offers more benefits than any other popular group fitness program because Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes act as a shock absorber to reduce impact, when compared with traditional aerobic activities performed in conventional shoes
The program is functional and teaches participants effective jump techniques to improve core stability, build muscular strength and increase cardio-respiratory endurance.
Fluid X (Aqua Bags) - are aqua training bags suited for a wide range of exercises including squats, lunges, lifts, curls and swings. While the Fluid X Boba is similar to a medicine ball, the Fluid X Tank can be used like a sandbag to train. However, that's where the similarities end. Training with aqua bags promote instability training, a form of training that engages all of the body's stabilizing muscles for stronger core, performance, and co-ordination.

Friendly reminders

1. You are recommended to bring your own equipment such as towels and spare clothes. Please dress according to the weather and wear comfortable sportswear to enjoy the workshop.

2. Be timely so you can find a good spot and get settled into the relaxing atmosphere.

3. To ensure a smooth and timely start to each class, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once the class has begun.

4. Be mindful of your surroundings, especially when taking photos, and keep noise levels down if there is an ongoing session

5. Please return equipment to its original place after use.

6. Free locker service is available. We encourage the use of it to keep your property safe and activity areas clear.

7. Plans change. We understand that unforeseen situations happen, please cancel your session via Eventbrite for the fairness of others.

8. Please be aware that photos taken during the classes and activities may be used for promotional purposes.
