This workshop is a moms only workshop*, a cozy sanctuary for you to reconnect with yourself. You’ll enjoy a slow, mindful creative session using natural crayons from Jeju, letting the colors help you express your inner world.

Take a gentle breath and join us for a moment of calm. As a mother, you’re often on standby 24/7, pouring your heart into your family and balancing a million roles at once. This Mother’s Day, we want to hold space for you—the woman behind all those roles.

To wrap up our time together, we’ll capture your "honest presence" through a unique instant multiple exposure portrait. By layering your artwork directly over your image in-camera, we co-create a photograph that blends your physical self with your creative spirit. No filters, no retouching—just the beautiful, genuine reality of who you are in this moment.

Come as you are, relax, and let’s create a gift that celebrates the wonderful mother and individual you are every single day.

作為母親，妳總是 24 小時待命，全心全意為家庭付出，在無數個角色之間切換。在這個屬於母親的特別日子，我們希望能為「妳」留出一個空間——深呼吸，讓自己沉浸在這一刻的寧靜中，找回隱藏在這些角色背後的自己。*本次工作坊僅限媽媽參加

這個工作坊是一個屬於媽媽們的空間，讓妳與內心重新連結。透過來自濟州的天然蠟筆，妳將享受一段緩慢而專注的創作時光，讓色彩自然地表達妳的內心世界。

在課程結束前，我們將透過獨特的「即時重曝攝影」捕捉妳最真實的當下。利用相機內的多重曝光，將妳的作品與妳的身影直接疊合，共同創作出這張融合了外在與創意靈魂的珍貴照片。沒有濾鏡，無需修飾——只有此時此刻最真實、最美麗的妳。

AIA Vitality Hub and AIA Vitality Park at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel is a brand new wellness area at the iconic Central Harbour front which promotes fitness, exercise, and healthy living.

位於中環海濱HKOW香港摩天輪旁的AIA Vitality Park是個推廣運動及健康生活為主題的運動公園，各種不同類型的精彩活動將會在此舉行。

You are recommended to bring your own equipment such as towel and spare clothes. Please keep warm and wear comfortable sportswear to enjoy the workshop.
