Midweek is officially getting a massive glow-up. While The Silver Tray Society brings you adult nostalgia every week, we break boundaries on the final Wednesdays of the month with our flagship Special Edition activations.

This July 22nd, we are transforming the Cassio Terrace into the ultimate interactive night out, combining a high-energy bar takeover, culinary pop-ups, and a playful twist on childhood cravings.

THE LINEUP

🍸 The Bar Takeover: The legendary team from The Pontiac is moving in for a one-night-only guest shift! Catch rockstar mixologists Jen Queen and Nicole behind the bar shaking up an exclusive cocktail menu. Meanwhile, the roving Spiritu team will be navigating the room piloting our signature tableside Martini Trolley.

🧀 Cheese bites: Indulge your savory side with a curated pop-up showcase by Cheese House . Stop by for an interactive cheese tasting experience and unlock exclusive guest perks available only to Society attendees. Until stock lasts.

🍦 The Sweet Finish: Crème by Sonia Lau : Save room for the exceptionally delicious gelatos from Crème by Sonia Lau .

💥 The Special Cocktail: When mixology meets a scoop of gelato, magic happens. For this

night only, Jen Queen and Nicole will be serving a special custom cocktail topped with a scoop of Crème gelato. Think of it as a fun, boozy, completely reimagined adult affogato.

Of course, it wouldn’t be the Silver Tray Society without our core signatures. Our Live Burger Grill will be firing on the terrace all night long. Choose your combo tier and unpack your Adult Happy Meal loaded with premium burgers, optional truffle fries, and chicken bites—all beautifully served on a classic silver tray.

Rain or shine, the party stays alive. In case of summer showers, the entire experience moves inside our sleek club interior.
