Led by Shirralee Sisson, Founder and CEO of Positive Wellbeing Limited
This interactive scenario-based workshop is designed for educators who want to better understand the messages behind student behaviour.
Teachers often observe signs such as withdrawal, irritability, perfectionism, declining academic performance, repeated absences, classroom disruption, or changes in peer relationships. Through practical case scenarios and guided discussion, participants will explore what these behaviours may be communicating, learn how to identify potential underlying wellbeing concerns, and develop strategies for responding with confidence, empathy, and appropriate support. The workshop aims to equip teachers with practical tools to foster student wellbeing and create supportive learning environments where young people can thrive.
