WHAT TO EXPECT

At Selva, you can immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of House Music, whether it be widely popular or undiscovered and upcoming ethno genres, mirroring the vibrant soundscapes created by the many species in the rainforest, igniting an unforgettable immersive experience!

Picture this: as the sun begins to set, the festivities kick off, transforming the venue into a kaleidoscope of colours and rhythms. Imagine bursts of light illuminating the rooftop terrace, surrounded by the urban jungle of the city’s skyscrapers, as our soon-to-be-announced international headliner and supporting crew of local DJs lay down some infectious beats. Eclectic props and whimsical decorations bring the scene to life as daytimers unite on the dancefloor in a daytime dreamland setting!

THE STORY WITHIN THE NAME

Selva - translated from Spanish, meaning “Jungle” or “Rainforest” is a direct reference to the biggest rainforest in the world, the Amazon. Blending House music with the art of production and powered by nature, this majestic rainforest reflects the interconnectedness of cultures and communities that thrive in its depths. Our name encapsulates the wild, free-spirited essence of our daytime immersive experience, where every beat and every moment is an invitation to embrace life and celebrate diversity.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be resold. Anyone reselling tickets will have their tickets cancelled. All tickets are unique to each attendee, and duplicate tickets will be refused.

2) To be admitted to the Venue and attend the Event, you must be above 18 years of age and have a valid Ticket. The Organiser and/or Venue reserve the right to demand proof of age in the form of your Hong Kong Identity Card.

3) Upon admission to the Venue, you will be provided with your wristband, which is required for re-entry to the event. Those who fail to present their wristband will not be allowed to re-enter.

4) The Organiser and/or Venue may implement crowd control measures based on the number of attendees. Those leaving The Venue and returning at a later time may risk being unable to be readmitted to The Event due to maximum capacity.

5) No outside food & beverage, professional cameras & audio, controlled substances, including drugs or weapons, are allowed. The Venue reserves the right to search the bags and other personal belongings of all persons attending the Event. As a result of such searches, the Venue reserves the right to exclude any person from the Event and Venue, or to exclude any person who refuses to be searched.

6) The Organiser and. Venue adopt a zero tolerance to controlled substances and paraphernalia, including drugs & legal highs, are prohibited from the Event and Venue. You may be rejected or removed from the Event and reported to the police if found to be in possession of any such substances. Furthermore, The Organiser and/or Venue have the right to refuse any ticket holder who appears or is suspected to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances.

7) The Organiser and/or Venue reserves the right to refuse anyone entry to the Event and Venue and to eject therefrom any person who, at the sole discretion of the Organiser, fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on the Organiser's behalf. Anyone found to be causing damage to the Venue, or behaving in an illegal or anti-social manner, whether or not through substance abuse, shall be ejected from the Venue and may be reported to the police.

8) The Event may be captured (photography/videography) or live-streamed. By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising, or exploitation of any film, video, and /or audio recording of the Event or any element thereof in any medium of whatever form throughout the world. You also agree to be filmed by police or security staff to ensure public security at the Event and prevent crime.

9) The purchased ticket is for the Event and not for a specific artist, and the Organiser reserves the right to alter or change the headliner and lineup without prior notification.

10) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their sole opinion, or if circumstances arise which are beyond their control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. If the Event is cancelled or the lineup changes, the Organiser will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or any loss of money and/or expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation of the event, only the face value of the ticket purchased through the respective ticketing agent will be refunded.
