Bestie Approved: The Ultimate Wingperson Pitch Night
Bestie Approved: The Ultimate Wingperson Pitch Night
by Midnight EspressoLocation
Bestie Approved is the high-energy social series that puts your dating fate where it belongs – in the hands of the people who actually know your best angles.
We’re taking over the Cassio Terrace for a night of curated PowerPoint presentations, where the city’s best wingmen and wingwomen take the stage to "pitch" their single friends to the crowd. It’s part Shark Tank, part comedy show, and 100% the most fun you’ll have on a weeknight.
How It Works
● The Pitch: 20 "Besties" have 3 minutes to present their single friend to the room. Expect data-driven evidence, childhood photos, and genuine endorsements.
● The Crowd: 100 guests categorized by color-coded wristbands:
○ Red: Just here for the vibes - not available.
○ Green: Single.
● The Rundown:
○ 7:00 PM: Act I – The first 10 Bestie Pitches.
○ 8:00 PM: Intermission – Bingo, cocktails, and mingling.
○ 8:30 PM: Act II – The final 10 Bestie Pitches.
○ 9:30 PM – 11:00 PM: After-Dark Networking & Drinks.
● A little nudge: We’ll have bingo cards to help break the ice during networking time.
Tickets
● The Solo ($200): Includes entry + 1 house drink.
● The Dynamic Duo ($350): 2 tickets for you and the friend you’re pitching ($175 each). Includes 1 house drink each
You do not have to pitch or be pitched to purchase a ticket and join the party. Feel free to just come, have fun and meet new people!
Food and drinks
There will be happy hour drinks all night, a live burger grill and food available à la carte.
Want to pitch your friend? All presenters must submit their PPT decks for review at least 7
days prior to the event marcellia@midnight-espresos.com. Space is limited to 20 pitches per night – first come, first served.
Your deadline to register and submit your pitch is on May 13th.
No more ghosting. No more bad bios. Just your friends, a slide deck, and a room full of possibilities.
