Terms and Conditions for Soho House Event

Upon admission to the Venue, you will be provided with a wristband (the "Event Wristband") which contains an embedded RFID chip. This Event Wristband will serve as your sole cashless payment system for the purchase of goods at the Event, including food, beverages, and other merchandise belonging to the Organiser (the "Goods").

The terms of use of the Event Wristband (RFID Payment System) are as follows:

• Topping Up Your Event Wristband: You may visit any designated top-up location within

the Venue. Payments to top up your Event Wristband with stored value can be made by

cash, credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You can then

use the stored value by tapping your Event Wristband at a Point of Sale device to purchase

Goods within the Venue at the Event. Should your stored value diminish, you are welcome

to return to a top-up location to add more value.

• Permitted Use of the Event Wristband: The Event Wristband is solely for the purchase of Goods within the Event Venue and cannot be used for any other form of payment to the

Organiser or for any other purpose whatsoever.

• Wristband Validity and No Refunds for Unused Value:

- Each Event Wristband is valid for the day of entry only, with the exception of any

specific "All Weekend Pass"Event Wristbands (if offered).

-The Event Wristband (and its embedded RFID chip) is valid for use exclusively at this

Soho House Event and within the designated Venue during the Event hours. Once the

Event concludes, the Event Wristband will no longer be valid for use. Any

unused stored value remaining on the Event Wristband at the close of the Event

cannot be refunded, exchanged, or used in any way whatsoever, and will be

forfeited. By topping up and using the Event Wristband, you acknowledge and agree

to this no-refund policy for any remaining balance after the Event.

• Lost or Damaged Wristbands: If an Event Wristband is lost or damaged through no fault

of the Venue, a new wristband (and any remaining stored value from the original wristband,

if transferable and verifiable at the Organiser's discretion) must be purchased at the full

daily ticket cost. The Organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands or their

stored value.

• Entry Requirements: Entry to or continued presence within the Venue will be refused to or removed from anyone without a valid Event Wristband.

• Goods Availability: All purchases of Goods are subject to availability. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of specific Goods up to the full amount of the stored value contained on the Event Wristband.

• Ownership: Title to and property in the Event Wristband (including the RFID chip) belongs to and remains with the Organiser.
