Expressive Arts Workshop: Schoolplace Remix — Me in Motion & Art

Step into a creative journey that blends games, movement, body awareness, symbolic objects, drama, storytelling, and visual arts to explore your relationship with the school environment. In a fun and relaxing atmosphere, you’ll:
Connect emotions with everyday school life through body awareness.
Express moods, challenges, and hopes with interactive warm ups and symbolic object theatre.
Create a micro schoolplace stage using colors, metaphors, and inner dialogue to visualize emotions and dynamics.
Anchor inner strength with symbolic objects and mindful breathing rituals.

Each participant will immerse in experiential activities, beginning with self reflection, and take away their own creative artwork. No prior art skills are required — just curiosity, openness, and the joy of discovery.
