This class is all about the merging of mind, body, and the spirit of fun! Suitable for all ages, Kumi Masunaga and her team will guide you on a fantastical journey with this HealthRHYTHMS® drum yoga class. HealthRHYTHMS® combines the ancient wisdom of music, creative expression, and active participation in the form of group drumming. Anyone can do it; no previous musical experience is necessary. Enjoy a powerful experience that combines music, rhythm, and beginner yoga practices.

Sign up for any of our FREE International Yoga Weekend classes on Zicket to celebrate the importance of taking a minute to enjoy peace of mind and self-awareness with loved ones. All International Yoga Weekend classes are only available on 26 July from 9 to 6pm at AIA Vitality Park.

AIA Vitality Park at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel is a brand new wellness area at the iconic Central Harbour front which promotes fitness, exercise, and healthy living.
位於中環海濱HKOW香港摩天輪旁的AIA Vitality Park是個推廣運動及健康生活為主題的運動公園，各種不同類型的精彩活動將會在此舉行。
  
You are recommended to bring your own equipment such as towel and spare clothes. Please keep warm and wear comfortable sportswear to enjoy the workshop.
我們建議你攜帶自己的運動用品例如毛巾和替換的衣服。請注意保暖以及穿着適當的運動服裝參加工作坊。

Zicket will collect data for an emergency contact for all participants of any sports class organized at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel. This data will not be shared with any third parties or used for marketing purposes and will only be used in the event of an emergency involving the registered participant.

Inclement Weather Policy – AIA Vitality Hub
 
If the Hong Kong Observatory shows that there will be heavy rain or thunderstorms we will cancel the necessary Vitality Hub classes in the interest of safety.
 
 - For classes that take place in the evening, cancellation will be at 12pm on the day of the class.
 - For classes that take place in the morning, cancellation will be made at 6pm the night before.
 
 - We will you notify you by cancellation email, stating that the reason for cancellation. The reason will be based upon weather information publicly provided by the Hong Kong Observatory that is available at the time.
 
惡劣天氣安排 - AIA Vitality 健康總部
 
為了安全起見，若香港天文台發出預示課堂當天將有大雨或雷暴，AIA Vitality 健康總部的課 堂將會取消。
已註冊晚間課堂的人士將在當天中午 12:00 收到取消電郵通知，而已註冊早上課堂的人士將 於前一天晚上六點收到取消電郵通知。
 
我們將基於香港天文台當時公開提供的天氣資料作取消課堂決定，並將通過電郵通知
